Estimating time needed
Our services are charged by the hour. Please use the chart below to estimate the time needed to clean your home or office. Remember to think of this as an average, because each home is different and has unique cleaning needs which may differ from day to day.
Many factors influence the time required to clean a home. For example, some homes may require more wet dusting, have more hard surfaced flooring, lots of decorations, pictures, knickknacks or pet hair. After each appointment feel free to adjust the length of your appointment to better suit your home’s unique needs.

We recommend starting with a Deluxe Clean if it has been more than three weeks since its last thorough cleaning.
Starting Cost:
$40 per hour which includes all supplies needed for the entire length of the appointment. (2 hour appointment length minimum)
Loyalty Discount:
For our loyal regular clients we have discounted rates.
- $35 per hour for Bi-Weekly Clients
- $32 per hour for Weekly Clients
