Frequently Asked Questions

What's the cost?

Our clients pay hourly rates starting at $40 with the possibility of our loyalty discount for weekly ($35) and biweekly ($32) customers who automatically reschedule. 

What do I get for my $$?

We send a team a two cleaners to clean your home or office for the entire length of the appointment booked. We do everything from dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and floors. Our clients customize the cleaning checklist for their spaces according to what they want our team to focus on the most. 

What if I have pets?
We are animal lovers! Just let us know who to expect. We like to know all of our customers’ names and make sure that everyone feels comfortable. If you want we’ll even let your dog out, provided there’s a fenced in yard.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just let us know how you would like us to enter ahead of time. There are several options available: clients may provide a garage code, key, location of hide-a-key, or leave the door unlocked. The decision is completely up to you. We will work with what’s best for your home and comfort level. Trust is very important to us and we work very hard to earn and maintain our clients’ trust. 
Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?
We bring all our own supplies. All we need from you is access to the property. If there are certain products you prefer over ours, we just ask you set them out on the kitchen counter for us and we will be happy to use them! 
How do I book an appointment?

It’s easy! You can book an appointment online from your phone or computer or just call us at: ​573-303-0336

If you have a weekly or biweekly appointment, it will automatically be rescheduled for the same time and day of the week every time. You only have to set it up once! Then forget about it – we’ll take care of the rest. 

Do you make beds?
Yes. We even change the sheets – just let us know and leave clean ones out on the bed – easy to find. 
Are you insured?
Yes. We are insured and bonded. If we would ever have an accident on your property, we cover the liability.

Do you help pick up?
Yes, we are happy to help. We will pick up toys, laundry and dishes – just no poo please.
What if I need to cancel?
Please call, text, or email to let us know ASAP. Or simply reply to the appointment reminder in your email. According to our 24-hour Cancellation Policy, you will only be charged a cancellation fee of $25 if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
