    What should I do with my furry friend during my cleaning?
    We are animal lovers! Just please let us know who to expect. We like to know all of our customers names (we know you not the one making all the mess). If you want we'll even let your dog out, provided you have a fenced in yard.

    Do you bring supplies? Do I need to provide anything?
    We will bring all the supplies necessary. All we need is access to the property. If you have certain products you prefer we use; we will be happy to use them. We just ask you set them out on the kitchen counter for us.

    Do I need to be home to let the cleaners in?
    No. Just make let us know how you would like us to enter ahead of time. Many of our current customers will provide a garage code, key, location of hide-a-key, or leave the door unlocked. The decision is fully up to your comfort level. Just let us know what works for you.

    Do you make beds?
    Yes. And we will change the sheets if clean ones are left on the bed.

    Are you insured? Are you bonded?
    Yes. And yes. If we would even have an accident on your property we can cover that liability.

    Yes, we are happy to help. We will pick up toys, laundry, dishes, just no poo please.

    What if I need to cancel?
    Please call, text, or email to let us know ASAP. Or simply reply to your appointment confirmation if you have received one. Please remember we have a 24 hour cancellation policy and $25 cancellation fee.
